Kenai Central Band Gives World Premier!

In March, the KCHS Concert Band had the pleasure of giving the World Premier of composer Jonathan Kochik’s piece The Third Year. KCHS Band students also worked with Mr. Kochik, who traveled to Kenai from Atlanta, Georgia, the morning of the concert before he conducted them that evening. The students played beautifully and Mr. Kochik loved working with our students and getting to make his piece come to life through them.
